Free online movement workshop

Free online movement workshop

Have you considered checking out my Movement for Longevity class? You’re in luck! Our team at Discover Health Movement will be delivering a FREE Online Movement Workshop through Zoom on Thursday, June 10 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM EST.

Join our skilled instructors in brief introductions to Discover Yoga, self myofascial release and Movement for Longevity. The only equipment you need for this workshop is a sturdy chair (preferably without wheels) and a tennis ball or myofascial release ball.

Register here to receive your Zoom link for this online event.

Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.

Daily or never

Daily or never

Habits are a funny thing. I’ve noticed that doing some things every day is easier than doing them once or twice per week. When I decided to take a break from writing my daily blog, I quickly dropped it from my routine and stopped publishing any blogs. Meditation has...

The value of early feedback

We went to a wedding a few weeks ago and I wore dress clothes that had been languishing in my closet. The trousers felt more snug than I expected. I realized that wearing forgiving workout clothes every day might be hiding the fact that my waist is expanding. Don’t...

Black Friday Opportunity

It's that time of year again, national "consume as much as you can" day. It seems like every company that has my email has an offer for me. Instead of buying more things I don't really need, I'm taking an opportunity to tidy my email. I have unsubscribed from several...
