Expert vs novice
If you trying something new, you’ll struggle compared to people with more experience. The easier it looks for them, the harder they probably worked at it. Some people have natural talent, but it’s a rare person that becomes great without effort.
Think of how easily you drive. What’s effortless now probably felt difficult and awkward when you learned. It’s easy to forget that most things we learn are difficult at first (even healthy habits).
What can you get great at if you cut yourself some slack as a beginner?
