In December, we continue our Movement for Longevity series. You have three opportunities to move better, improve your balance and get stronger.

Saturday mornings – December 7th and 14th and 21st from 9:00 to 10:30am

Agenda

  • Learn to listen to your body
  • Warm up your joints
  • Align your own spine
  • Improve your balance and strength
  • Plan your next steps

We give you written summaries of the drills. Do them at home between workshops to accelerate your progress.

No experience needed: We will help find the right progression for you. Wear clothes that are comfortable for exercise.

Location: Discover Health Functional Medicine Center, 24 Pleasant St, Conway

Cost: $15 per person for each workshop
