Are Movement Workshops for you?

Are Movement Workshops for you?

Trish and I had another great movement workshop on Saturday. People saw immediate improvements in balance and mobility. One person even got a free mini-treatment. One of his hamstrings wasn’t working well, so I did a quick assessment and calibration.

I’ve been thinking about what we do and how to help people know whether it’s right for them. Have you been thinking about attending? Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to listen to your body. You can then use that skill to assess your stress and fatigue. You can also use it to find which exercises are best for you.
  • What you can do to improve. No matter where you start, you can get better at something. Join us to find out how.
  • Why we do each exercise. Looking to improve balance, strength or mobility? Learn which exercises will help you achieve your goals.

Worried that you won’t remember what to do? We repeat some of the exercises every class. This reinforcement will give you confidence and show you how to improve further. Need more help? There are videos available for most drills.

Attended a workshop and not sure if you should come again? We do some new drills each class. If you come to several workshops, you’ll learn something new each week. As your repertoire increases, you can refine your routine. We also use participant feedback from previous sessions to make each session better than the last.

Sound good? When will you come move with us?

Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.
