Go with your gut

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, try something different. If what you’ve been doing isn’t working, the key is to try something else.

In these situations, you might feel compelled to do something that seems unproductive. “I don’t know what to do, I think I need to organize my desk.” If that’s what your gut says, go with it. Maybe it’s exactly what you need to get momentum. Once you have momentum, it’s easier to keep going.

When you feel overwhelmed, what do you do to recover?

Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.
