Prepare for the new year
If you want results, resolutions are overrated and everyday choices are underrated. Everyday choices are what led us to become who we are today. Our choices going forward will lead us to who we will become.
Sometimes we realize we’d prefer to be someone different or we don’t like where we’re headed. The close of this year and start of the next year is a good time to make course corrections. Over the next few days, I’ll share some ideas to help you:
- Reflect on the past year
- Develop a vision for the coming year
- Set short-term goals
- Translate goals into action
- Think about where things might go wrong
