The value of information

The value of information

If you’re curious about your gut biome, cardiovascular system, metabolic health or other areas, it’s easy to get good information. For it to have value you must act on that information. Maybe it shows you need to eat differently or exercise more. If you’re lucky, it assures you that what you’re doing is working well.

Why bother getting information if you’re not going to use it?

Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.
