Unclear questions
Social media amuses me at times. In groups focused on nutrition or coaching, people sometimes post questions so vague that there are many interpretations.
Even more amusing, some people answer the questions as if they are clear. Other people know the question is unclear and open with, “Not sure what you mean, but…” and give the answer to the question they imagine the person asked.
It’s generous to share your knowledge and help others. When you’re not sure what they need, maybe it’s better to find out before trying to help.
How much better off would we be if fewer people read minds and more people actively listened?
Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.
