March Movement for Longevity Classes

March Movement for Longevity Classes

Come move with us!

Spring is almost here! Keep moving forward with our Movement for Longevity exercise classes. For only $15 per class, we will help you improve your balance, get stronger and move with confidence.

March Schedule

Tuesday evenings from 4:30 to 6:00pm

  • March 10th
  • March 17th
  • March 24th
  • March 31st

For best results, come to classes regularly and practice for 5-10 minutes daily between classes.

What do we do in class?

At each class, we’ll teach you how to assess your stress level and know which drills are best for you. We then warm you up with some gentle movements and teach you how to align your own spine. After you’re warmed up, we’ll explore various strength and balance drills. Each class is a bit different. We repeat some drills to reinforce your skill and introduce some new drills to challenge you in novel ways.

At the end of each class, we give you written summaries of the drills. Do them at home between workshops to accelerate your progress. For many of the drills, videos are available on Jim’s blog: https://www.simplybettercoaching.com/category/movement-drill/

No experience needed: We will meet you where you are. Wear clothes that are comfortable for exercise.

Location: Discover Health Functional Medicine Center, 24 Pleasant St, Conway

Cost: $15 per person for each workshop

Loyalty Cards Available: Pre-pay for 5 sessions, get your 6th session free.
