GTD vs downtime
Getting things done is great and can be very rewarding. Productivity taken too far comes at the price of our health and relationships and is unsustainable.
Downtime can be great and helps us recharge to do our best work. Relaxation taken too far becomes laziness and we never accomplish anything.
What do you do to balance productivity with rest and relaxation?
