Trusted sources

The barrage of nonsensical information lately has me once again questioning the value of social media. Of course there’s some accurate and useful information being shared. The trouble is trying to find it amongst the noise.

If a source gives one piece of obviously false information, I don’t trust that source for anything. It might seem harsh, but credibility is easier to lose than it is to build.

How do you decide which sources to trust?

Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.

I got an email receipt this morning and realized I forgot to downgrade my gym membership. I've only been going 2 or 3 times per week, so no need to pay for unlimited. If I'd made this change the first time I thought about it, I could've saved some money....
