Evening routines
I have heard it said that if you win the morning, you win the day. Sometimes it seems like the morning is driven by the choices we made the previous night. Maybe the key to winning the morning is a strong finish to the day before.
Consider these scenarios:
Option 1: We didn’t feel like cleaning up after dinner, so we left it for the morning. The first thing we see when we come into the kitchen is a pile of dirty dishes.
Option 2: We cleaned up and put everything away before we went to bed. When we get up in the morning, the kitchen is clean and tidy.
Option 1: We stay up late watching TV, reading and scrolling through social media. Morning comes too early so we hit snooze a few times and get up late.
Option 2: We go to bed at a decent hour and wake up well rested, ready to start the day.
How much better does your day start with the second options? What can you do to finish your day well and start the next one ahead?
Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.

Doubt
It’s easy to doubt the effectiveness of something you’ve never tried. Especially when it’s challenging or outside your comfort zone. It works for other people, but I’m different, so it’s probably not worth the effort. If you’re not getting the results you want, try...
