The early bird…

The early bird…

It’s amazing how getting up a bit earlier allows me to fit so much more in the day. Trish had to go into work early today, so we got up an hour earlier than usual. I’m usually well-rested and an early start was easier than I expected. I was not a morning person when I was younger; I realize now that I was probably sleep-deprived for much of my adult life.

With an early start, I managed to walk Roli three times, work a full day on an online business, coach an online movement class, then play tennis with Trish after work and write this blog post…and we still got to bed before 11pm. It’s motivation to establish a habit of going to be early to wake up early.

What’s your key to productive days?

Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.
